ShantDeep Metals Pvt. Ltd. established in Dec 2009.We had started doing Heat Treatment of automobile parts using PIT Type Carburising furnaces. But as per the market demand and for giving quality work in heat treatment we have established ShantDeep Metals Pvt Ltd. which is Aurangabad's First Commercial Heat Treatment Plant.

Shantdeep Metals is an well setup plant with Fully Automated Sealed Quench Line along with PLC and SCADA.

Our Machining department is well equipped with High PrecisionGear Cutting Machines (Gleason), Hard turning machines. Now our organization is having all facilities to furnish with ready to use product like Gears & Shafts, Diff Gear .
